I understand the feeling. I’ve been there in my life too. I’ve tried countless healing remedies to try and fix the issues surfacing in my life. But I continued to miss the mark and lead myself into spirals of burnout and discomfort.
When I finally learned how to step away from life and rest in my own presence, new doors began to open. I was granted access to valuable parts of my subconscious mind that helped usher in deep transformation and healing. And since I learned how to accept myself and be accountable in my healing journey, life has never been the same.
Healing for me has never worked when it was focusing on trying to perfect or change everything about myself. The most radical “healing” comes from accepting yourself in the present while setting the stage for the life deserve from that moment forward.

Hi I’m Jenna! I am so grateful you’re here. I am a somatic hypnotherapist, healing artist, and anti-burnout practitioner. I work with clients in a variety of settings to help them overcome the challenges they are facing in their every day lives. My approach is gentle but effective. My goal is not to cause more harm and trauma in your life, but to open your subconscious mind up to a world of possibilities: a world of intentionality. I use a custom blend of somatic healing modalities (including hypnotherapy, breathwork, EFT/tapping, art therapy, journaling, meditation, herbalism) to enable YOU to be in charge of your healing journey. The goal is to amplify the intelligent, creative life force that already exists in you!

What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a creative healing practice that uses relaxation techniques to access the subconscious mind. Once in a deeply relaxed state (trance), you are guided to address challenging beliefs and/or experiences that are getting in the way of your healing journey.
Hypnotherapy uses a combination of the following healing modalities:
Visualization / sensory exploration
Breath work
Mindset / subconscious framework
Mindfulness
How do I know if I am a good candidate for hypnotherapy?
If you answer yes to any of the following criteria you are an excellent candidate for hypnotherapy:
You are interested in holding more accountability in your healing journey
You are feeling stuck on loop with patterns that no longer serve your growth
You are curious about alternative and holistic healing modalities
You understand that healing takes self-accountability and requires trust building
You recognize there is no magic pill but with consistent and gentle effort you can make progress in your goals
How many sessions do I need?
I’ve seen dramatic improvements after single sessions, but I recommend you start with a minimum of three sessions. Three to six sessions is standard per each individual topic. However, everyone's healing journey is unique, so we will address a customized session plan. The session plan created together may include other healing modalities as well.
